Will I need planning permission for a loft conversion?
Many loft conversions fall under permitted development, but dormers on the front of a house, mansards and homes in conservation areas often need planning permission. We will tell you which applies during the site visit.
Do you only work in Huddersfield and Holmfirth?
No. We're based in Huddersfield and work across West Yorkshire, and we travel further for larger projects.
Can you help with plans and planning permission?
Yes. We give planning advice and work with trusted architects, or we can build from drawings you already have.
Do you use subcontractors?
Our own team covers every trade on the job, from groundworks and steels to plastering and decorating.
Can I see work you've done before?

Are you insured?
We carry £2 million public liability insurance and are long-standing members of the Federation of Master Builders.
